Abstract
⺠New green-emitting SrB2O4:Tb3+ phosphor was synthesized by solid-state reaction. ⺠Li+, Na+, and K+ can all increase luminescent intensity of SrB2O4:Tb3+. ⺠Na+ is the optimal charge compensator among Li+, Na+ and K+. ⺠SrB2O4:Tb3+ is a promising green phosphor for fabricating WLED.
