Abstract
Effect of poling conditions (different poling fields and temperatures) on dielectric and piezoelectric property of 〈0 0 1〉-oriented 0.70Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.30PbTiO3 crystal was investigated. The results show, that it is easy for the crystal to be full poled in high temperature, while it is difficult for the crystal in low temperature. An appropriate poling condition for the crystals is suggested.
