Abstract
⺠The ordered islands formation in the monolayer deposition is described within the framework of lattice gas model. ⺠We used the dynamical structure factor to calculate the growth exponent of the ordered islands. ⺠The ordered islands formation process in the monolayer deposition is more consisting with the correlated growth mode.
