Abstract
⺠We first observation of terahertz generation from Fe implantation of lithium niobate crystal substrate. ⺠Lithium niobate single crystal is grown by Czochralski method. Fe nanoparticles were formed by using MEVVA ion source. ⺠The THz bandwidth and center from this kind of sample were determined.
