Abstract
⺠LaPO4-Eu nanoparticles were obtained in micelle-like structures. ⺠The nanoparticles reveal the different lattice symmetry depending on the size. ⺠The position of charge transfer band is sensitive to nanoparticle size. ⺠The surface defects of nanoparticles influence on Eu3+ luminescence decay kinetics.
