Blends of an azomethacrylic block copolymer for volume holographic storage using low energy 10Â ms light pulses

► We store volume holographic polarization gratings in films of blends containing an azomethacrylic block copolymer. ► We use low energy (50 mJ/cm2) light pulses of 488 nm. ► We use 100 ms pulses to multiplex 20 gratings with higher efficiencies than those previously reported. ► We multiplex 20 gratings with diffraction efficiencies higher than 10−5 using light pulses of 10 ms.
