Abstract
⺠A cryogenic total-reflection active-mirror (TRAM) amplifier has been proposed. ⺠The TRAM has made by using a composite ceramics technology. ⺠A parasitic oscillation in the TRAM has been experimentally analyzed. ⺠A monolithic composite ceramic with multi-TRAMs has been newly designed for 1 J. ⺠Our calculation ensures excellent thermal strength of these composite ceramics.
