Abstract
⺠We grown MnIn2S4 single crystals by the directional crystallization method. ⺠Observed photoluminescence spectra are due to a donor-acceptor pair recombination. ⺠We obtained the thermal activation energy of the suggested donor defect level. ⺠We assumed that radiative recombination is related to multiphonon processes. ⺠We estimate energy of the involved phonon and distance between donor and acceptor.
