Abstract
⺠The polarized spectra properties of Nd3+:BaCaBO3F crystal have been recorded. ⺠The spectroscopic parameters have been estimated based on the Judd-Ofelt theory. ⺠Nd3+:BaCaBO3F has high absorption and emission cross-sections. ⺠Compared with most of borates, the quantum efficiency of the crystal is high.
