Abstract
The effect of the Rhodamine 6G concentration on photoluminescence (PL) properties of opal-dye and anodized aluminum oxide-dye nanocomposites has been investigated. It has been shown that in the wide range of the dye concentration both nanocomposites exhibit monomer-like luminescence spectrum. The interaction between dye molecules and dangling bonds on the surface of SiO2 balls and Al2O3 affects the native PL matrices.
