Abstract
The spintronics effect was discovered in the GaAS single crystals. Photoinduced spin current is induced by circularly polarized light and is detected by the spin Hall effect based on the extraordinary Hall effect. The effects are explained within a framework of the band energy model of taking into account of the photoinduced electron-phonon anharmonicity.
