Abstract
We present the electric and magnetic properties of nanostructured Pb0.7Sr0.3(Fe0.012Ti0.988)O3 (PSFT3) thin film. The magnetoelectric coupling has been studied by polarization hysteresis loops under the influence of an applied magnetic field and a phase transition anomaly. At room temperature PSFT3 film shows diffuse phase transition of dielectric diffusivity (γ = 1.94). The Vogel–Fulcher (VF) relation implies the relaxor characteristics of the film by extracting the VF freezing temperature and the activation energy of polar nanoregions.
