Abstract
Ag–28 wt.% Cu open-cell foam is produced by the replication process using MgSO4 as the space holder. Microcellular Ag–28 wt.% Cu of relative density between 36% and 50% and pore size of 300 μm shows good strength and high conductivity, an interesting combination for heat exchanger applications.
