Abstract
The continuity of ferroelectric domain structures across grain boundaries in lead zirconate titanate was observed and discussed in connection with grain-boundary character based on the coincidence site lattice and plane-matching models. The domain continuity was found to depend on the twist deviation angle from the exact {1 1 0} plane matching relation.
