Abstract
The microstructure of an advanced high-strength low-alloy steel containing nanoscale Ti0.98Mo0.02C0.6 carbides formed along γ/α interface was characterised using atom probe tomography. The average radius of particles was 2 ± 0.5 nm. In addition, the formation of C19Cr7Mo24 particles with average radius of 1.5 ± 0.3 nm was also observed.
