Abstract
The order–disorder phase transition temperature from L21 to B 2 phase TtL21/B2, the saturation magnetization Ms and the Curie temperature TC were investigated in Co2(Ti1−xFex)Ga. It was confirmed that TtL21/B2 for 0.8 ⩽ x ⩽ 1.0 almost linearly decreases with increasing x, and Ms follows the generalized Slater–Pauling line in the middle region of x. TC also increases with increasing x , exhibiting an upward convexity. It is concluded that a relatively high TtL21/B2, a high TC and a low Ms can be obtained in the present alloys.
