Abstract
The conductivity of transparent films made from single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) was investigated. The SWNT films were prepared by an anodic alumina oxide filtration via a stepwise process based on sonication and centrifugation. The DC conductivity was estimated in terms of the average bundle diameter in the SWNT films, revealing that there is an increase in film conductivity as the average bundle diameter decreases. We measured the sheet resistance of SWNT films with different bundle diameters.
