Abstract
Structural parameters along with magnetic and electrical behaviour of nanosize Co–Ni spinel ferrites synthesized by co-precipitation method are reported. The crystallite size was found to be within the range of 14–21 nm. The Curie temperature increases with Ni concentration. The activation energy and drift mobility are determined from the DC electrical resistivity measurements. The dielectric constants and loss factors as a function of frequency are also reported.
