Abstract
This study explores the possibility of controlling the temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of a nanocomposite capacitor with nano-sized BaTiO3 of positive TCC as ceramic filler and bisbenzocyclobutene of negative TCC as polymer matrix. The nanocomposite could be tailored to modulate its TCC from positive over zero to negative values.
