Abstract
Bi1−xSbx electrodeposition was carried out to investigate the effect of electrolysis parameters on crystal orientation. The films generally presented a fibre texture with the high density planes of the structure parallel to the substrate. Two fibre textures were observed: {1 0.1}h or {0 1.2}h. It is demonstrated that high polarisation values promote the {0 1.2}h texture while low ones lead to a {1 0.1}h fibre texture.
