Abstract
Three-dimensional morphology of acicular ferrite in a low-carbon steel containing titanium was studied by serial sectioning and computer-aided reconstruction techniques. In this study, the morphology of acicular ferrite varied from lath to plate, the length, width and thickness being normally less than 36, 6 and 3 μm, respectively.
