Abstract
Co-doped ZnO nanostructures with distinctly different morphologies were produced using an ultrasonic spray assisted chemical vapour deposition and the evolution of the structures with the Co-doping level is consistent with the formation of magnetic closure domains with stronger magnetic coupling at a higher Co concentration.
