Abstract
The transport properties of Cr1−xVxSi2 single crystals have been measured from 300 to 700 K to investigate the effects of V substitution for Cr on the electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient, thermal conductivity and figure of merit of CrSi2. The effects of V substitution for Cr on the thermoelectric properties of CrSi2 are obvious.
