Abstract
A multi-Debye relaxation model is presented to analyse the relaxor behavior of lanthanum-doped lead zirconium titanate ferroelectric ceramics and shows a good agreement between theoretical and experimental results. The behavior of the mean relaxation time and its standard deviation are discussed considering the correlation between the polar nanoregions and the freezing temperature. The system follows the Volgel–Fulcher equation and the freezing temperature obtained from this equation is consistent with the value obtained by the presented model.
