Abstract
⺠Effects of LiNbO3 lead to a decrease in optical energy gap (Eopt). ⺠The refractive index (n0) increases with increasing LiNbO3 content. ⺠Elastic moduli increase with LiNbO3 content indicating that increase in connectivity of the investigated glasses.
