Abstract
Bi2S3 network nanostructure has been synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method. The networks are composed of cross-linked single crystalline Bi2S3 nanowires growth along [001] direction, and the nanowires form the network are almost perpendicular to each other. The influence factors and formation mechanism of the network were analyzed and discussed. A broad red emission band was observed and was attributed to the complex defects.
