Abstract
⺠Porous ZnGaNO solid solution has been synthesized through a facile microwave route. ⺠Porous ZnGaNO has high surface area, more light absorption for high Zn content. ⺠Porous ZnGaNO exhibits an improved photocatalytic activity.
