Abstract
Partial ordering in the solid solutions Hf5âxZrxGe4 (orthorhombic and tetragonal modifications) was investigated by X-ray diffraction methods and the corresponding equilibrium site fractions were modeled thermodynamically using ground state energies from DTF calculations.
