Abstract
⺠Successful thermal simulation of simultaneous solar heating and deep space radiation. ⺠Infrared lamp array delivered a heat flux equivalent to 1 solar constant (1.4 kW/m2). ⺠Heat sink provided uniform radiative background temperature of 77 K. ⺠Vacuum levels of 1.3 Ã 10â4 Pa achieved despite known leak.
