Policies of Developed Countries and Policy Choices of China Low-Carbon Manufacturing

Under the trend of global warming, the developed countries actively explore for a low-carbon manufacturing way to realize sustainable development. This paper points out the challenges that the China low-carbon manufacturing industry faces through the analysis of emissions of CO2,GDP from 2005 to 2009 and carbon emissions structure in 2010 and the comparison of China energy consumption and the other countries’ as well. Based on the comparative analysis of low-carbon policies of Japan, Germany and the United States, it points out some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
