Adaptive Resource Allocation for Electric Environmental Pollution through the Control Network

This paper focus on the problem of adaptive resource allocation for the electric environment pollution control through the web-based GIS. The paper provides a optimization problem for a general utility function such that it could be nonconcave and nondifferetiable. To solve this problem, the paper decompose the original optimization problem into the dual optimization problem, which can be easily solved by a simple iterative bisection algorithm to adaptively control the electric environmental pollution through the web-based GIS.
