Abstract
This paper focuses on the solar cell in the application of AUV in order to solve the energy restriction to distance sailing. Analysis of the solar cell maximum power tracking control algorithm and battery equalization charging method for series connected Lithium-Ion battery strings. Then design the maximum power tracking controller and battery equalization charging circuit and introduced the realization method.
