Abstract
Total Factor Productivity (TFP) electricity consumption efficiency was calculated in this article based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method by panel data of 4 districts from 2001 to 2007, and related influencing factors were econometrically tested to explain the difference of electricity consumption efficiency of different districts.
