Abstract
This article explores spatial statistical analysis of the dynamic change of industry sulfur dioxide emission in areas, and we use the data from 31 provinces in China during the years of 1997-2008. We find that the spatial distribution of environmental pollution in provinces shows two distinct characteristics: one is spatial clustering; the other is spatial unbalanced. The two characteristics are stable in the sample range.
