Abstract
Firstly, the evaluation index system of power grid enterprise's investment returns is established under the background of electric power system reform. Secondly, the comprehensive appraisement model of power grid enterprise's investment returns is established and the comprehensive appraisement method is formed according to the characteristics of power grid enterprise. Finally, it puts emphases on an empirical study indicating that the model is correct.
