Abstract
⺠The asymmetrically branched chains is the key issue to synthesize organic molecular glasses. ⺠The homochiral asymmetrically branched aliphatic chain has a hypochromic effect in the solution. ⺠The racemic group is more beneficial to photorefractive performance than the homochiral one.
