Abstract
⺠Different developed formulae in MEOS method are presented. ⺠The phase stability curves are plotted and discussed for various phases. ⺠The allotropic transition temperature is decreased with reduced grain size. ⺠A molecular dynamics (MD) simulation is employed to confirm the MEOS results.
