Abstract
⺠(Al1/2Nb1/2)4+ substitution caused the formation of BaAl2O4 second phase. ⺠Dielectric anomalous peak was shifted to low temperature with (Al1/2Nb1/2)4+ content increasing. ⺠A broad dielectric peak at 200-400 K was observed for the samples with high (Al1/2Nb1/2)4+ level.
