Abstract
► Ga(acac)3 and Dy(thd)3 complexes as precursors in the photo-deposition of Ga2O3-Dy3+ thin films. ► Ga2O3 films doped with Dy3+ show emissions associated with 4F9/2→6HJ transitions of Dy3+ ion. ► These emissions decrease with the co-doping Cr3+ or Co3+.
