Abstract

âº Au-Ga-Sb phase diagram was investigated using DSC and thermodynamic prediction. âº GaSb-AuGa2 and GaSb-AuGa sections were determined as simple quasibinary eutectic systems. âº Liquidus surface temperatures and four invariant reactions were obtained.
