Abstract
⺠Amorphous silicon solar cells have been deposited by RF-PECVD method. ⺠Device quality materials have been deposited by argon dilution of silane. ⺠All the layers of the solar cell have been fabricated by argon dilution method. ⺠Solar cells show reasonable conversion efficiency and an improved stability.
