Abstract
► All samples behaved like dielectrically p-type with positive Δε until about 1 MHz. ► After 1 MHz, the samples behaved like dielectrically n-type with negative Δε. ► E63/SLCP (10%) sample has higher ε′ in higher frequency region. ► E63/SLCP (10%) sample has higher Δε due to low polarization loss in 300 kHz-2 MHz.
