Abstract
⺠All samples behaved like dielectrically p-type with positive Îε until about 1 MHz. ⺠After 1 MHz, the samples behaved like dielectrically n-type with negative Îε. ⺠E63/SLCP (10%) sample has higher εⲠin higher frequency region. ⺠E63/SLCP (10%) sample has higher Îε due to low polarization loss in 300 kHz-2 MHz.
