Abstract
⺠A cathodic deposition of FeNi thin films are formed on porous Si(n). ⺠Tubular and granular FeNi thin films were obtained and depending on the porous silicon surface morphology. ⺠FeNi thin films compositions are found to depend on the porous silicon microstructure. ⺠XRD spectra show the presence of FeNi (111) and FeNi (220) peaks. ⺠FeNi (111) peak has been shown for all polarization potentials.
