Abstract
▶ Study of the picosecond vibrational dynamics of a series of metaphosphate glasses. ▶ The νs(PO2−) and νs(P-O-P) modes have been used as probes of the metaphosphate dynamics. ▶ The vibrational correlation functions comply with the Rothschild approach. ▶ The dispersion parameter evolution with cation radius indicates coherence decay reduction. ▶ Second moment variations imply alterations of repulsion/attraction forces between tetrahedra.
