Abstract
ⶠAuthor is first to report Y doped BiFeO3 ceramics with no impurity peak. ⶠHigh temperature dielectric measurements at 100 kHz are reported showing antiferromagnetic transition. ⶠThe magnetization curve shows saturated magnetization and spontaneous magnetization increased with increase in Y doping.
