Abstract
⺠We went on investigating the spectral characterizations of CuPcF16 that have never been reported previously. ⺠The performance of n-channel CuPcF16-based OTFTs employing p-6p as an inducing layer is greatly improved. ⺠The morphology and structure of the CuPcF16/p-6p thin film were examined by XRD and SEM.
