Abstract
⺠Carrier concentration in CuO2 planes plays a vital role in superconductivity. ⺠Si+4 in the CuO2 planes reduce the concentration of holes and the critical temperature. ⺠Recovery of holes by post-annealing in oxygen increases the critical temperature.
