Abstract
⺠Preparation of photocatalytic films using sol-gel method and spin-coating technique. ⺠P/Si-TiO2 transparent films with high anatase stability and photocatalytic activity. ⺠Effects of calcination and dopants on characteristics of the films were investigated. ⺠Co-doping P and Si in TiO2 stabilizes anatase crystal structure at 900 °C.
