Abstract
Magneto-tunneling spectra in normal-metal/high-Tc superconductor junctions are theoretically studied. It is shown that the impurity scattering causes the split of the zero-bias conductance peak (ZBCP) in the absence of magnetic fields. The degree of the peak splitting increases with the increase of magnetic fields consistently with experiments. On the other hand in the absence of impurity scatterings, the ZBCP remains one peak even in high magnetic fields.
