Abstract
3-Dimensional plot of spin-magnetic moment distribution (eÅ−3) in (110) plane of Fe2NiSi. Full-potential calculations are investigated for the structural, elastic, magnetic, nature of chemical bonding and electronic properties of Fe2-based inverse Heusler alloys in stable F-43m phase. The spin magnetic moment distributions show that these materials are ferromagnetic in stable phase. Spin resolved electronic structure shows the discrepancies in magnetic moments of Fe-I and Fe-II depend upon the hybridization of Fe with the main group element.
